Ravi’s military service evasion caused “2 Days & 1 Night” to suffer great damage, “Episode replays are no longer available” 

Replays of some “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” episodes have been taken down due to Ravi’s military service evasion scandal.

On April 13th, OTT platform Wavve released an announcement, saying “Episodes 1 to 123 of <2 Days & 1 Night Season 4> aired from December 8th, 2019 to May 1st, 2022 are no longer available for rewatch”. The reason was stated as “Issues related to cast”.

In fact, episodes 1 to 123 of “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” that were previously available on Wavve have been deleted. They are all episodes with Ravi’s appearance. 

Ravi left the program to enlist in the military. In his last broadcast (episode 123), Ravi read a letter expressing his feelings about joining the army and shed tears, creating an emotional moment.

Earlier, Ravi was put on trial on charges of evading military service by conspiring with a military service broker named Goo, who was arrested in December last year, to get a diagnosis of epilepsy with fake symptoms.

According to the prosecution, Ravi and his agency’s co-CEO gave approximately 50 million won to Goo in March 2021 to receive a “scenario” to evade military service. In accordance with the scenario, Ravi pretended to faint, made a fake report to 199, then visited the hospital and complained of epilepsy.

The prosecution demanded a sentence of two years in prison for Ravi on charges of violating the Military Service Act. Ravi later released an apology on his Instagram as well as expressed his intention to leave VIXX.
