Singer Park Yoo-chun is reportedly dating a wealthy Thai woman

According to a report on October 3rd, Park Yoo-chun has been dating a Thai woman for more than a year. His partner is said to be the daughter of a high-ranking Thai public official and a businesswoman who owns a skincare brand. Park Yoo-chun was appointed as the brand’s model and the two have been dating with marriage in mind.

In addition, rumors that Park Yoo-chun’s Thai lover is a wealthy woman with assets of 3 trillion won also spread. In fact, she is known to be the person who has actively supported Park Yoo-chun’s activities in Thailand and helped him solve the conflict with his current agency Logbook Entertainment through local agencies. 

Park Yoo-chun was sentenced to 10 months in prison with 2 years of probation for administering methamphetamine with his former fiancée Hwang Ha-na, the maternal granddaughter of Namyang Diary’s founder, in 2019.  At that time, Park Yoo-chun even held a press conference and shed tears while making the promise that he would retire from the entertainment industry if the drug allegations were true. However, after completing his sentence, Park Yoo-chun reversed his retirement announcement and has been doing overseas activities since last year, making the public criticize him even more.

In 2021, rumors of a legal dispute between Park Yoo-chun and his former agency Re:Cielo broke out. The agency sued Park Yoo-chun for breach of contract as he signed a double contract with a Japanese agency and exposed the male singer for misuse of the corporate card. On the other hand, Park Yoo-chun also filed a complaint against the agency’s CEO A for embezzlement but the police dismissed it.
