Park Myung-soo Praises G-Dragon’s Response To Drug Incident, “He Handled It Like A Gentleman”

Comedian Park Myung-soo admired the way G-Dragon dealt with false drug accusations

Park Myung-soo hosted the “Search N Chart” section with broadcast Jeon Min-ki on the December 20th broadcast of KBS CoolFM’s “Park Myung-soo’s Radio Show”.

The two discussed and decided the rankings of the most impressive remarks by celebrities that made headlines this year. Announcing 5th place, Jeon Min-ki mentioned G-Dragon’s response, “I just laughed and it ended”, to reporters after his voluntary police investigation. 

The broadcaster then read more of G-Dragon’s remarks, such as “I believe that the police did what they had to do as an investigative agency. Of course, an investigation was necessary because suspicions were raised. Through this accident, I realized the seriousness of illegal drugs and social issues. I will establish a foundation to take the lead in eradicating drugs”.

Jeon Min-ki commented, “If I were him, I would have gone mad. I wouldn’t let them do that to me”. Park Myung-soo praised G-Dragon, saying “G-Dragon responded to the case very well. He handled it nicely, like a gentleman”.

When Jeon Min-ki recalled the criticism from the previous broadcast, Park Myung-soo shared, “It wasn’t just simple criticism. It was a matter of right and wrong. I hope no one will unintentionally become victims in the future”.

He once again expressed his belief in G-Dragon, saying “G-Dragon handled the situation so well and I think he will restore his honor very quickly”.
