Previously, PD Kang and Moonbin worked together on XtvN’s “The Ultimate Watchlist” and Coupang Play’s “SNL Korea 2”.

Regarding Moonbin’s sad news, PD Kang said, “My heart hurts so much. I want to go see you right away, but I’m afraid to face you. I don’t know how to steel myself. My head is full of you, so even if I don’t want to think about you for a moment, the idea itself is a sin and pain. I feel like I’m going to get a pain around my heart.”

Afterwards, PD Kang recalled and regretted the past by posting KakaoTalk conversations and photos she had with Moonbin while filming entertainment shows.

PD Kang confessed, “I used to call (Moonbin) a muse and favored him. It’s very funny”, “I moved aside for celebrities to take pictures together, but now that I see it, I should have taken a picture with him.”

PD Kang then revealed behind-the-scenes photos of the filming of “The Ultimate Watchlist” and said, “I really wanted to make Moonbin’s name known somehow, and today I achieved it. I was happy to be able to give you good results.”

PD Kang also recalled the time when Moonbin considered her his benefactor, believed in and followed her.

On August 1st, 2019, Moonbin approached PD Kang on the day of the press conference of “The Ultimate Watchlist” season 2 and expressed his gratitude, “‘The Ultimate Watchlist’ is the turning point of my life. I really wanted to say thank you. You are my benefactor. I believe in you.”

PD Kang apologized, “These words lingered in my mind all day long. It was a day when I felt a sense of responsibility. Looking back now, I’m sorry that I only ordered you to do weird things.”

She blamed herself, “The sad thing is that there are no pictures of the two of us together. I thought ‘There will be a chance (to take pictures) in the future’ and only picked up my phone when he was in a mess. I should have let you do something cool.”

Meanwhile, Moonbin was found dead at his home in Gangnam-gu, Seoul at around 8:10 PM on April 19th. Moonbin’s mortuary was set up at the funeral hall No.30 of Seoul Asan Hospital, and the funeral will be held on April 22nd.
