March K-Drama Actor Brand Reputation: No.5 Lee Bo Young, No.4 Cha Eun Woo, TOP 3 is?  

The Brand Reputation Ranking for Drama Actors in March has been revealed. 

The Korean Corporate Reputation Research Institute recently released the brand reputation rankings for K-drama actors for March. The top two spots were claimed by Lee Do Yeon and Jung Kyung Ho, respectively. Both their rankings are thanks to their recent roles as the leads in the tvN drama “Crash Course in Romance.”

The rankings were determined by analyzing big data consisting of 60.94 million pieces of information related to the actors’ brands, collected from March 9th, 2022, to April 9th, 2022. The analysis examined four factors: participation, media coverage, communication, and community indices.

According to the results, Lee Do Yeon received a brand reputation score of 4.36 million, with participation, media coverage, communication, and community indices of 1.81 million, 769,882, 893,061, and 893,878, respectively. Compared to the previous month’s score of 1.61 million, her score increased by 170.77%.

Jung Kyung Ho ranked second with a brand reputation score of 3.38 million, consisting of a participation index of 1.35 million, media coverage index of 565,121, communication index of 637,812, and community index of 819,360.

The head of the Korean Corporate Reputation Research Institute, Koo Chang Hwan, explained that Lee Do Yeon’s brand was characterized by keywords such as “warm,” “firm,” and “charming,” and the most frequently mentioned phrases in the analysis included “southbound line,” “Jung Kyung Ho,” and “ratings.” The analysis showed that the positive-to-negative ratio for her brand was 84.01%.

“Crash Course in Romance,” which aired its final episode on April 5th, 2022, had an average nationwide rating of 17% for its last episode, surpassing its previous record of 15.5% for episode 15. Compared to its first episode rating of 4%, the show had a more than four-fold increase in viewership, solidifying its success.

The top 10 in the “March Drama Actor Brand Reputation” were Jeon Do Yeon, Jung Kyung Ho, Lee Je Hoon, Cha Eun Woo, Lee Bo Young, Noh Yoon Seo, Pyo Ye Jin, Cho Seung Woo, Kang So Ra, and Seo Ji Hye.
