Lim Soo-jung Reveals First Impression Of Lee Dong-wook, “Met As Ex-Boyfriend In Drama, He Had An Aura”
Actress Lim Soo-jung talked about when she met actor Lee Dong-wook for the first time
tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” (“You Quiz”) broadcast on November 15th featured the guest appearance of actress Lim Soo-jung.
Expressing her feelings about appearing on “You Quiz”, Lim Soo-jung said, “I was very surprised when the program invited me. I felt nervous as much as when I was invited to the Cannes Film Festival and I kept wondering what story I should tell on the show. I tried to think of some old memories but couldn’t remember any. I just want to make the talk more interesting”.
Yoo Jae-suk commented, “It’s so nice to see you today. I heard someone suggested you this program”. In response, Lim Soo-jung said, “He appeared on ‘You Quiz’ before. While talking with actor Cho Seung-woo, I told him that I enjoyed his recently released movie and also wanted to see his performances. I also said I received an offer to appear on ‘You Quiz’. Upon hearing that, he reacted, ‘You should definitely go out on that show. It’s a great program.’”
Later, Yoo Jae-suk asked Lim Soo-jung, “You know Jo Se-ho?”. Hearing that, Jo Se-ho explained, “We greeted each other before. It was exactly when Lee Dong-wook called me. He asked, ‘Se-ho, where are you?’, so I answered, ‘I’m outside’ and he said, ‘Come here. Just come’. That means there’s someone else. Then I met actress Lim Soo-jung for the first time. Lee Dong-wook told me, ‘Be careful. She’s older than you’”.
Lim Soo-jung added, “Three of us drank some wine that day. Thanks to Dong-wook”. Revealing her first time meeting Lee Dong-wook, the actress shared, “I met Dong-wook for the first time when shooting the drama ‘Search WWW’. He appeared as the ex-boyfriend of the character I played in that drama.”
Lim Soo-jung confessed, “When the door of the elevator opened, he appeared and we unexpectedly met. The door opened out of a sudden and when Dong-wook walked out, I could see an aura shining behind him. That was when I first saw him. So I wondered, ‘How can he have such an outstanding face and overwhelming charm?’.”
