Kim Hieora shows unusual moves after requesting Dispatch’s school violence report delay for “The Uncanny Counter 2”

Netizens question the timing of Kim Hieora’s school violence report and her activities during that period

On September 6th, Dispatch exposed Kim Hieora’s involvement in iljin gang ‘Big Sangji’ that extorted money and abused other friends physically and verbally during her middle school days. The actress reportedly admitted to being a member of Big Sangji but denied the claim of her direct participation in the gang’s wrongdoings.

In particular, Dispatch said, “We completed our investigation and were already ready to report it in June. However, Kim Hieora expressed her concern that it would cause damage to the broadcast of ‘The Uncanny Counter 2’. She said that she didn’t want the drama to be affected by my personal matters”.

They added, “At that time, ‘The Uncanny Counter 2’ was waiting for a broadcast schedule. Considering the sweat and efforts of the cast and the entire production team, we decided to postpone our reports on Kim Hieora’s school violence case for three months.”

In other words, Dispatch put their report on hold for three months at Kim Hieora’s earnest request.

However, the public is raising questions regarding the inconsistent moves of Kim Hieora. Many are saying that they cannot understand why she even attempted to appear in MBC’s new drama “Jeong Nyeon” and join the official wrap interview for “The Uncanny Counter 2” despite knowing that her school violence would be exposed soon.

Above all, she has continued doing musical performances and even filmed an episode of Coupang Play’s ongoing variety show “SNL 2” recently. In fact, “SNL 2” casting is known to have been confirmed last month, which was after Dispatch completed their school violence report. This made some people wonder, “Shouldn’t she be spending time reflecting on herself?”.

In response to Kim Hieora’s “unusual” moves, netizens reacted, “Does it mean she neither feel regretful nor reflects on her school violence actions at all?”, “We want to hear Kim Hieora’s stance directly from her”, “She could have decided to continue doing activities because she’s really innocent. We need to wait and see how she responds to this issue”, etc.
