Actor Kang Dong-won talked about his drinking capacity
On Sep 27th, an interview video featuring Kang Dong-won was uploaded on the YouTube channel “Psick Univ”. Kang Dong-won, who recently appeared on tvN’s “You Quiz on the Block” to promote the movie “Dr. Cheon and Lost Talisman (directed by Kim Seong-sik)”, continued to garner interest with his appearance on “Psick Show”.
Kang Dong-won mentioned that he had to go to the emergency room due to soju. He confessed, “I went to the emergency room 3 times. The first time was because my university seniors forced me to drink. They mixed a bottle of beer with soju and told me to do a ‘one-shot’. I was super upset, so I drank them all and gave them the same. But then I got sick and had to go to the emergency room.“
He added, “The second and third times I went to the emergency room were because I drank a lot. I’m not sure about my drinking capacity. It’s probably around one or two bottles.”
Kang Dong-won, who majored in mechanical engineering at Hanyang University, also shared a humorous anecdote from his college days. He caused laughter by saying, “At that time, there were only 3 female students out of 200 students in our department. We used to hold group blind dates with the dance department.“
