JYJ Kim Jaejoong opened up about an incident from his past on “Talking Queens,” aired on October 26th
The conversation led to his preferences in women, with Jaejoong admitting he had an interest in both Japanese and Korean women. Jaejoong went on to reveal, “I once experienced the taste of being cheated on by a Japanese woman.”
She was even a celebrity. When asked about how he discovered her cheating, Jaejoonh explained, “I read an article on the Internet.” It was the first time he realized that she had been dating someone else before him.
When asked if he noticed any odd behavior from her, Jaejoong said, “I think that if we were dating, we would be in contact every day, but maybe the Japanese don’t have that habit.” At the time, he believed it was a cultural difference.
The emotional toll of this cheating incident became evident when Jaejoong. He pretended to wipe away tears and confessed, “It’s been a long time since I could date. I realize that I shouldn’t step into that field right now…“
Six months after the breakup, the woman reached out to him, admitting, “I really like Jaejoong.” She even confessed her feelings, but Jaejoong found it challenging to move past what had happened.
Jaejoong added one more intriguing detail, sharing, “I gave her a diary recording my thoughts and feelings for a month, but it seems she only opened it after breaking up with her ex-boyfriend.“
