The analysis results of the individual brand reputation for girl groups in June have been announced and are attracting attention.
On the 18th, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute stated in a press release, “For the big data analysis of individual brand reputation of girl groups in June 2023, we extracted 119,856,004 pieces of brand big data from 635 individuals from May 18, 2023, to June 18, 2023, and analyzed the brand reputation index based on consumer behavior analysis of girl group individual brands using participation index, media index, communication index, and community index. Compared to the previous May’s 100,664,875 pieces of brand big data, it increased by 19.06%.”
The brand reputation index is an indicator created through big data analysis to identify the significant influence of consumers’ online habits on brand consumption. Through the analysis of individual brand reputation of girl groups, it is possible to measure the positive/negative evaluation of individual brands, media interest, and consumer interest and communication volume.
Blackpink Jisoo, who recorded the highest brand reputation index for individual brand reputation, had a participation index of 204,871, a media index of 214,599, a communication index of 1,279,928, and a community index of 3,274,312, resulting in a brand reputation index of 4,973,710. Compared to the previous May’s brand reputation index of 4,674,010, it increased by 6.41%.
In second place, Blackpink Jennie’s brand reputation index was analyzed as 4,611,552, with a participation index of 152,063, a media index of 171,819, a communication index of 1,259,800, and a community index of 3,027,871. Compared to the previous May’s brand reputation index of 2,155,735, it increased by 113.92%.
In third place, NewJeans Danielle’s brand reputation index was analyzed as 3,530,278, with a participation index of 666,743, a media index of 585,115, a communication index of 906,057, and a community index of 1,372,364. Compared to the previous May’s brand reputation index of 1,824,088, it increased by 93.54%.
Meanwhile, Blackpink is currently conducting the largest-scale K-pop girl group world tour, “BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR ‘BORN PINK,'” which mobilizes approximately 1.5 million people.
In particular, Blackpink will take the stage as the first-ever K-pop artist headliner at the “Hyde Park British Summer Time Festival” in the UK, which will take place in July.
