Actor Jung Hae-in and Black Pink’s Jisoo are expected to moisten viewers’ emotions.
JTBC’s new Saturday – Sunday drama “Snowdrop” (written by Yoo Hyun-mi, directed by Jo Hyun-tak) confirmed its first broadcast schedule on December 18th. A teaser poster of Jung Hae-in and Jisoo was also revealed.
Under the warm sunlight, Jung Hae-in (as Suho) was looking somewhere with a sentimental look while Jisoo (as Youngro) was looking at him with affectionate eyes.
The photo showed affectionate feelings between the two characters by a cautious pose towards each other. The white flower “Snowdrop” added a romantic atmosphere to the couple.
At the same time, viewers could also feel the tension through the words “You shouldn’t get caught. Love and destiny”.
Set in 1987 Seoul, “Snowdrop” tells the story of a desperate love that goes against the times between Suho, a prestigious university student who suddenly jumps into a women university’s dormitory while being wounded, and Youngro, who hides and takes care of him amidst the surveillance and extreme situation.
Script-writer Yoo Hyun-mi and director Jo Hyun-tak, who made JTBC “SKY Castle” a success, are raising high expectations for their teaming up once again. In addition to Jung Hae-in and Jisoo, actors with solid acting skills such as Yoo In-na, Jang Seung-jo, Yoon Se-ah, Kim Hye-yoon and Jung Yu-jin will also appear in this drama.
Meanwhile, “Snowdrop” will air on December 18th at 10:30 PM.
