Guitarist Lim Chang Soo, who worked with the late Shin Hae Chul as the second unit of Next, has died at age 54.
Lim Chang Soo, a famous guitarist, reportedly died in an accident in Vietnam on March 25th.
According to news reports, he died after hitting a telephone pole on the side of the road while driving on a motorcycle in Dalat, Vietnam. It took time to identify the deceased in Vietnam, so the news of his death was reported somewhat late.
In 1994, he played guitar in the band Next’s second album, “The Return of N.E.X.T. Part 1: The Being”, and served as a member of the group’s second unit. Later, he established Igo System, a sound equipment company that deals with computer sound equipment and electronic instruments, and showed his ability as an entrepreneur.
