(G)I-DLE’s Miyeon couldn’t stop fangirling over Red Velvet’s Wendy 

Miyeon openly showed her love for Wendy during a recent radio appearance. 

On May 2nd, to promote her first solo album “MY”, (G)I-DLE’s Miyeon made a guest appearance on SBS Power FM’s radio program “Youngstreet” hosted by Red Velvet’s Wendy. On this day, Miyeon revealed she is a huge fan of Wendy and praised Wendy’s kind and caring personality. 

Miyeon said, “One thing I adore about Wendy sunbaenim is that you are so warm-hearted. You always take good care of everyone around you. I’ve heard a lot of good stories about you. I know taking care of people to such an extent is not easy, so I wonder how you can be so caring like that.”

Beside giving compliments to Wendy’s personality, Miyeon also expressed her admiration for Wendy’s singing talent. She revealed, “I’m a big fan of yours. I’ve told you before, and I’m not just saying it. I like you a lot and listen to your music often. I enjoy Red Velvet sunbaenim’s songs and Wendy sunbaenim’s songs too. I feel comforted when I listen to your music.”

Wendy got so embarrassed by what Miyeon said that she blushed and joked while laughing, “Can we stop the live broadcast for a bit? I have to wipe my tears first.”
