On December 13, G-Dragon announced through his Instagram story that he was selected for “HYPEBEAST 100” and promoted the new song of BIGBANG member Daesung.
In particular, global street fashion magazine HYPEBEAST recently revealed its “HYPEBEAST 100”, which details 100 individuals with notable influence in the street fashion world. For the 2023 list, G-Dragon is the only idol included.
At the same time, G-Dragon also actively supported the return of BIGBANG’s Daesung by promoting the latter’s song through Instagram. It is known that Daesung will make a comeback as a singer on December 18th through a special single.
Meanwhile, the Incheon Metropolitan Police Agency’s narcotics crime investigation unit announced on December 13 that they plan to not indict G-Dragon next week on charges of violating the Act on the Management of Narcotics.
Despite the police conducting an investigation into G-Dragon on charges related to drug laws, it was reported that they failed to secure any direct evidence or relevant statements. Additionally, G-Dragon strongly asserted his innocence, attending the police station himself and submitting his urine, hair, and nails. Although the police sent them to the National Institute of Scientific Investigation for analysis, all results came back negative for drug use.
