Former FIFTY FIFTY Members Seek New Agency as Legal Battle Unfolds

On December 29th, a FIFTY FIFTY’s fan account, permitted by Saena, Sio, and Aran’s legal team, revealed their current status.

The fan account expressed a desire to support the three members in legal proceedings, explaining it as a response received after inquiring about ways to help.

The members’ lawyer clarified that the legal action was initiated to mutually terminate the exclusive contract, not as a situation where fans need to provide legal assistance.

Saena, Sio, and Aran are reported to be steadily practicing and working towards finding a new agency while recovering their health.

The lawyer emphasized the members’ determination to continue their music activities and become artists with a positive influence, assuring fans they would do their best to stand before them soon.

Meanwhile, ATTRAKT (CEO Jeon Hong-jun) is pursuing a damages claim lawsuit against those involved in the unfair termination of the contracts of the three former FIFTY FIFTY members.

ATTRAKT has claimed damages separately from the three members, excluding Keena. The calculated damages and penalties amount to hundreds of billions of won, with the possibility of further damages during the lawsuit.

The initial filing includes specific claims, considering potential expansion of damages during the legal process.
