FIFTY FIFTY Ex-Members Lost All Lawsuits, Sued for 14 Billion Won of Penalty Fee?

The current status of the lawsuit between 3 former FIFTY FIFTY members and their old agency is still garnering attention.

Previously on March 20, a topic titled “Former FIFTY FIFTY members lost all court cases and sued for 14 billion won in compensation” was published on the Korean forum Instiz. (14 billion won is equivalent to around 10.4 million USD, making for a massive number).

The topic, which cited an article published on March 19 detailing the timeline of the lawsuit between 3 former FIFTY FIFTY members and their old agency, ATTRAKT, has since garnered massive attention.

Under the comment section, many netizens showed support for ATTRAKT and questioned the decision of the FIFTY FIFTY ex-members. Many also praise Keena – the only member who stayed with ATTRAKT, for “being smart”.

Below are some of these comments:

  • Even if they work like dogs for the rest of their lives, it will be hard as hell to pay such an amount
  • Sigh… they were enjoying huge fame with “Cupid”. Had they not been so foolish their careers would have been stellar
  • Is it possible to declare bankruptcy in this case? If not, there’s no way for them to pay off all of this
  • Keena turns out to be the only winner here. That’s for being smart
  • Anyone can tell that this outcome is coming

However, the aforementioned article itself actually did not mention any information about the 14 billion won penalty fee, nor the allegation that FIFTY FIFTY former members have lost all their lawsuits.

In fact, the lawsuit between FIFTY FIFTY and ATTRAKT is actually still on-going, with only one charge dropped so far, according to YNA.
