On January 19th, Yong Jun-hyung mentioned his romance on a paid fan platform, saying “You must have been very surprised by the sudden news. We are hanging out happily while receiving positive energy from each other, so please look at us with warmly”.
He added, “The weather is getting warmer these days, but it’s still cold at night. Be careful not to catch a cold and enjoy delicious dinner”, leaving affectionate messages to fans.
Earlier on the 18th, Yong Jun-hyung and Hyuna posted on their SNS the same picture showing the two walking hand in hand. Hyuna even left a comment, “Please look at us warmly”.
The two’s agencies then refused to comment on the issue, stating that it was the artists’ personal matter. However, Yong Jun-hyung directly admitted his romantic relationship to fans.
Meanwhile, Hyuna and Yong Jun-hyung had been friends since they were members of 4Minute and BEAST at CUBE Entertainment 15 years ago. In particular, Yong Jun-hyung even appeared in the music video of Hyuna’s solo debut song “Change”, which was released in 2010.
