Baekhyun, a member of EXO, who fulfilled his military duty as a public service worker, has returned to his fans after 2 years.
On February 24th, a video titled, “Baekhyun’s trouble counseling center has opened” was published on the official YouTube account of fashion magazine W Korea.
EXO Baekhyun, who appeared in the video, greeted shyly, “Hello subscribers of W. This is Baekhyun. I’m greeting you after 2 years, I’m back.”
Then, as a problem solver, the male idol read the fans’ worries one by one and suggested realistic solutions.
On this day, Baekhyun expressed sincere admiration , saying “I respect you employee” as soon as he read a fan’s message that began with “I am a 23 year old office worker”.
It seems that since he enlisted as a social worker, Baekhyun has experienced the office working hours from 9 to 6, and so can sympathize with the fans.
In the message, the fan also said that since they rest when everyone works and work when everyone rests, it has gotten harder for them to meet friends, making them feel lonely and disconnected.
Reading this, Baekhyun revealed he has felt the same, and as his friends since young started to work at companies, he can’t meet them during the weekends during idol schedules.
“The group chat with my friends became very quiet, so I felt as if I’m growing distant from them”, Baekhyun said, adding, “But I think that you wouldn’t feel lonely if you still feel that your friends are comfortable when meeting them after a long time.”
Then, Baekhyun advised the fan to get a hobby, and revealed that his current hobby is golf. “I am really sincere at golf”, the male idol said, adding, “I received a lot of lessons.”
