EXID Hani, “smart girl” recognized by Jun Hyun Moo and Yoo Byung Jae (Those Who Cross the Line)

Hani, who joined “Those Who Cross the Line – The Collection” as a new MC, showed her extraordinary “learning passion”.

MBC’s “Those Who Cross the Line – The Collection”, which will premiere at 9:10 PM on August 20th, is a humanities travel reality program that explores and learns about history, culture and art by visiting the hottest collections in Korea. Returning with the 5th season after about 2 years, it is drawing attention from viewers.

Aside from Jun Hyun Moo and Yoo Byung Jae, Hani, who has shown her talents in various fields including singer, actress and MC, newly joined this season to bring vitality to the program. Through the production team, we heard about Hani’s performance on “Those Who Cross the Line”.

Hani, well-known as a “smart girl in the entertainment industry” who is fluent in English and Chinese, shared her thoughts, “I love learning very much. So I was happy and excited when I was offered to appear on the show.”

When asked if she had always been interested in art, Hani replied, “My mother likes exhibitions, so I’ve been following her to exhibitions since I was little. Actually, even though I went to exhibitions often, I didn’t understand the works well because I didn’t know much. After filming ‘Those Who Cross the Line’, I saw the works again. I was surprised as I found all the exhibitions to be so much fun, unlike before. It was a pity that the filming was coming to an end. When I got home, I even looked for movies related to the works.“

In this regard, Jun Hyun Moo and Yoo Byung Jae expressed their feelings about Hani’s passion. Jun Hyun Moo said, “Hani is more serious than I thought and has a high passion for learning, so she’s perfect for our program.” Yoo Byung Jae shared, “She’s like a weird model student. Her enthusiasm for the program is outstanding, and her unexpected laughter points explode one by one.”

Hani showed determination, “Anyway, since oppas (older brothers) know more things… I’ll do my best by asking questions so that viewers who are still unfamiliar with appreciating the works and have just become interested in art can sympathize.”

MBC’s “Those Who Cross the Line – The Collection”, in which Hani inflamed her passion for art learning, will premiere at 9:10 PM on August 20th.
