“Doctor Slump” Unveils Park Hyung-sik And Park Shin-hye’s On & Off Cam Cuts Ahead Of First Broadcast
On January 22nd, the production team of JTBC’s new Sat-Sun drama “Doctor Slump”, which will premiere on January 27th, released behind-the-scenes cuts of Park Hyung-sik and Park Shin-hye, raising fans’ expectations for the first broadcast.
“Doctor Slump” is a romantic comedy about doctors Nam Ha-neul (Park Shin-hye) and Yeo Jeong-woo (Park Hyung-sik) as they reunite after suffering a slump. The process of the two rivals with a love-hate relationship reuniting during their dark times and becoming each other’s light will provide laughter, excitement, empathy and comfort to viewers.
In particular, Park Hyung-sik and Park Shin-hye chose the rom-com “Doctor Slump” for their reunion after 11 years. Park Hyung-sik challenged another transformation as Yeo Jeong-woo, a star plastic surgeon who falls into the worst slump of his life, while “romcom queen” Park Shin-hye took on the role of Nam Ha-neul, an anesthesiologist who has a burnout.
In the meantime, the production team aroused keen attention by releasing several still cuts of the two actors. First of all, the scene of Park Hyung-sik’s rehearsal with director Oh Hyun-jong was captured. As soon as the main shoot began, Park Shin-hye also immersed herself in the character.
The two’s passionate performance with 100% concentration and energy even during rehearsals and practices, drew admiration from viewers. In another photo, Park Hyung-sik and Park Shin-hye smiled at the camera and made finger hearts. The two’s lovely visuals and friendly chemistry caught the eyes of fans.
