Earlier, Kyeon Mi Ri was known as a devout Buddhist. Lee Jin Ho released photos of Lee Seung Gi wearing beads, explaining, “Kyeon Mi Ri supported her daughter’s marriage by giving Lee Seung Gi her cherished beads. She doesn’t give beads to anyone. She only gives them to the person she considers her son-in-law.”
Previously, at the KBS Drama Awards last year, Lee Seung Gi said, “I shaved my head to play the role of the chief monk in my next work.”
Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi announced his marriage through a handwritten letter on Feb 7th, “I’ve decided to spend the rest of my life with my beloved girlfriend Lee Da In as ‘husband and wife’ rather than lovers. I already proposed to her and she also accepted it.” The two will hold their wedding on April 7th.
