Lee Seung Gi suddenly announces his marriage with Lee Da In

Singer-actor Lee Seung Gi personally made an announcement that he is marrying his girlfriend, actress Lee Da In.

On February 7th, Lee Seung Gi posted a handwritten letter on Instagram, saying “Hello. This is Lee Seung Gi.”

He continued, “I think I will have to write many long articles this year”, adding “Today, I want to tell you about the most important decision I’ve made in my life”.

Lee Seung Gi added, “I’ve decided to spend the rest of my life with my beloved girlfriend Lee Da In as ‘husband and wife’ rather than lovers. I already proposed to her and she also accepted it”, revealing that their wedding will be held on April 7th.

Lastly, he said, “I hope everyone supports our future. We will continue to share moments and live happily together. Thank you.”

Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In acknowledged their romantic relationship in May 2021 and continued dating in public. The two reportedly became friends through golf.

The two have been rumored to be getting married since last year. In particular, news spread that Lee Da In was registered as an executive director in a building owned by Lee Seung Gi, adding to the rumors of their marriage.

Lee Da In is the daughter of actress Gyeon Mi Ri and is the sister of Lee Yu Bi. Lee Da In debuted in tvN’s drama “Twenty Years Old” in 2014, and later starred in the dramas “Come and Hug Me,” “My Golden Life,” “Hwarang,” “Dr. Prisoner.” 

Meanwhile, Lee Seung Gi, who had a dispute with his former agency Hook Entertainment, has established a one-man agency called Human Made.

I think I will have to write many long articles this year. Today, I want to tell you about the most important decision I’ve made in my life”.

I’ve decided to spend the rest of my life with my beloved girlfriend Lee Da In as ‘husband and wife’ rather than lovers. I already proposed to her and she also accepted it.

We want to share joy together without letting go of each other’s hand even when there are hardships in life.
