BLACKPINK’s Jisoo and Rosé Discuss Their Opposite MBTI Types and Personalities

According to Jisoo, Rosé used to get hurt easily but has become stronger thanks to Jisoo’s presence.

On August 23rd, a video titled “MBTI BALANCE GAME (with Rosé)” was posted on BLACKPINK Jisoo’s YouTube channel.

Jisoo and Rosé discussed each other’s MBTI and shared their thoughts. Jisoo is ISTP and Rosé is ENFP, making their MBTI types complete opposite.

Rosé said, “Jisoo is practical and good at adapting to situations. She quickly comes up with solutions for problems.” Continuing, she mentioned the ISTP trait of “seen but no reply to messages,” saying, “Jisoo doesn’t read messages properly,” but Jisoo joked, “But because there are so many unread messages.”

Rosé commented, “Many people think Jisoo is extroverted, but I think her extroverted nature is created by her sense of responsibility,” to which Jisoo agreed.

Continuing with Rosé’s ENFP traits, Jisoo said, “Rosé seems stronger now. Because it seems like she used to get hurt easily emotionally, but now that there are strong people like me around her, she’s become stronger.”

Jisoo then mentioned, “Rosé says, ‘We’ve been getting along well these days.’ Even if her MBTI changes, she says it’s not a big deal. She mentioned having a friend she’s very close to who has the same MBTI. She said, ‘This time, our MBTI changed and now we’re complete opposites,’ but then added, ‘But apparently people who are polar opposites get along well.'”

Jisoo, who is introverted, revealed, “I’ve rarely gone out just to see someone. I fill my schedule with things I can do outside.” Rosé, who is extroverted, shared, “I’m the opposite. If my schedule for having fun outside is shorter than I thought, I get a bit overwhelmed.”

In response, Jisoo mentioned, “For me, it’s like a gift of time. I think, ‘I still have this much time alone.’ At home, even if someone comfortable comes to visit, I think, ‘What should I do if they stay too long?'”
