Previously, on the same day, the Seoul Central District Court’s Civil Division 50 dismissed FIFTY FIFTY’s request to suspend their exclusive contracts with Attrakt. FIFTY FIFTY claimed that they could no longer continue exclusive contracts due to Attrakt’s violation of the obligation to provide settlement data transparently and faithfully, violation of the members’ physical and mental health care obligations and lack of support for entertainment activities, but the court did not accept.

CEO Jeon said, “I haven’t had a comfortable day for the past two months, but when I saw the court’s decision, my unjust feelings faded to some extent. It’s not like everything is over today, but once the first knot was established, I felt much light-hearted.”

CEO Jeon continued, “To be honest, I almost lost my mind, but I gained strength by reading all the comments from people who support me. I was so thankful that so many people cheered for me. I wanted to reply one by one. Even now, I want to bow my head and say thank you.”

CEO Jeon confessed, “In order not to leave a bad example in the K-pop industry while considering junior producers, there’s also an aspect in which I’m more alert and focused on responding.”

CEO Jeon added, “I still want the members to come back. I also believe that the members will come back. On the one hand, I feel bitter. My next step is to make sure that tampering forces including The Givers, who tried to lure the members, are punished by law.”
