BTS Member V Makes a Surprise Appearance on ‘Music Bank in Mexico’
On the 5th, the broadcast of KBS 2TV’s ‘Music Bank in Mexico’ showed BTS V greeting Mexican K-pop fans.
‘Music Bank in Mexico’ was the 17th stop of the Music Bank World Tour, with an audience of 15,000 local Mexican fans. It featured a lineup of six global K-pop groups, led by MC Park Bo-gum, including Newkidd, (G)I-DLE, ITZY, StayC, AB6IX, and TNX.
On this day, V appeared via a large screen and said, “Hello. Hola. I’m delighted to be able to greet K-pop fans in Mexico and ARMY.” He continued, “It’s been nine years since BTS visited Mexico through ‘Music Bank.’ I still remember the cheers and the placards with various Korean writings from that time.”
He added, “Someday, BTS hopes to meet ARMY again in Mexico. I hope all of you enjoy this exciting K-pop festival.”
