BLACKPINK’s Jisoo delivered an entertaining perspective on the ideal and reality of New York
On the 20th, Jisoo uploaded a New York vlog content on her YouTube channel.
On her day off, Jisoo conveyed the essence of New York. She had previously received feedback during her European vlog that it looked like Korea, so she promised to showcase more of New York this time, saying, “I realized it while filming the European vlog. I will film this vlog to show more of New York.”
Jisoo set out to see the Statue of Liberty by taking a boat, and when told that the first drink was free, she humorously said, “I have to choose wisely. I’m sleepy and want to order coffee, but I should order something expensive. Coffee is $3, while other drinks are $11,” as she decided on a cocktail.
In an attempt to capture sentimental scenes, Jisoo faced strong winds that made it difficult for her to even stand properly. She firmly declared, “Sensitivity fail!” and jokingly added, “It’s almost like a ride. New York is this dangerous,” bringing laughter to the moment.
The next day, Jisoo bought a lobster roll and headed to Central Park. Unable to find a bench, she sat on a rock to enjoy her meal in a carefree manner.
However, not long after, ants and insects appeared, and Jisoo remarked, “Oh, this is different from fantasy and reality. I’m scared because of the bugs,” but she didn’t give up on her meal and continued eating.
