According to YG Entertainment on July 9, the choreography video for BLACKPINK’s ‘Playing with Fire’ surpassed 200 million views on YouTube at 1:02 am on the same day.
“Playing With Fire” is one of the double title songs of BLACKPINK’s second digital single “SQUARE TWO” in November 2016. This song, a tropical house genre, was praised for its powerful yet charismatic dance line and perfect harmony between the four members.
The streak of billions of views that continues not only through the music video but also the choreography video is BLACKPINK’s exclusive patent. In fact, out of Blackpink’s 3.2 billion views of content posted on YouTube, 11 choreography videos with more than 200 million views are recorded.
On the other hand, the MV ‘Playing With Fire’ will not take long to reach 800 million views. Although it has been more than 5 years and 8 months since the song was released, it is still steadily gaining love from global music fans.
