“I was sexually assaulted by a customer,” the false claim of an adult entertainment facility’s hostess was exposed like this

A hostess in her 30s, who falsely reported that she was sexually assaulted even though she engaged in sexual intercourse with a guest by agreement, was sentenced to prison.

The Daegu District Court’s 3rd Criminal Division announced on August 13th that it sentenced A (38, female), who was indicted on charges of false accusation, to one year in prison.

A, who worked as a hostess at a bar, reported what happened at a motel in Gyeongsan-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do on July 25th last year and demanded the court punish B, claiming, “I drank a lot and got drunk, but when I opened my eyes, I was at a motel. My underwear is off and I was sexually assaulted by the man called B.” She was then put on trial on charges of falsely reporting to the police.

At the trial, A’s side said, “A reported B to the police because she was unconscious at the time of sexual intercourse with B and thought she was raped after seeing traces of sexual intercourse after waking up.”

However, the court did not accept A’s claim.

The court said, “The defendant moved to a restaurant after drinking with B’s group at a bar and ate, and later an acquaintance of B suggested to the defendant, ‘Why don’t we go home together by my car, because your house seems to be in the same direction as mine,”’ but the defendant followed B to a nearby motel.”

“If we take into consideration how the defendant said to B ‘My nail is broken’ while B paid for the motel fee, as confirmed through the motel CCTV, there are points that contradict the defendant’s claim,” the Judge ruled.
