“Apartment 404” PD opens up on BLACKPINK Jennie’s alleged use of profanity

On Feb 29th, a video titled “Are you really close with Jennie? Interview with the production team” was released on tvN’s official YouTube channel.

PD Jung’s new variety show “Apartment 404” is a transcendent space-time mystery reality show that tracks the truth behind extraordinary events in an apartment complex, a familiar space and living ground for six residents: Yoo Jae-suk, Cha Tae-hyun, Oh Na-ra, Yang Se-chan, BLACKPINK Jennie and Lee Jung-ha.

Regarding Jennie, he praised, “She’s a friend I really like. We’ve been in touch since ‘Village Survival, the Eight’. Jennie’s biggest charm is her innocence. She takes good care of the staff as well.“

Previously, there was a buzz when Jennie said “Ah, what the” in the teaser. Regarding this, Jaejae asked, “Is it true that Jennie swore?“

PD Jung replied, “It was a situation that happened during a game. Jennie might have felt uncomfortable after filming. At that level, she could have asked for it to be edited out if it seemed like swearing, right? But she didn’t. It looked like swearing, didn’t it? But it was fun. Don’t worry.
