Actor Ahn Woo Yeon will appear in JTBC’s new Saturday-Sunday drama “King the Land” (written by Choi Rom, directed by Im Hyun Wook).
“King the Land” tells the story of luxury hotel conglomerate The King Group’s heir Goo Won (Lee Jun Ho), who was thrown into an inheritance war, and Cheon Sa Rang (Im Yoona), a hotelier who always has a smile on her face till she meets Goo Won.
Ahn Woo Yeon plays the role of Gong Yoo Nam, Cheon Sa Rang’s boyfriend. Gong Yoo Nam is a tactless and selfish person who behaves arbitrarily and likes to hang out with friends. He is expected to further increase viewers’ immersion level by portraying the bickering chemistry like a real-life couple with his girlfriend Cheon Sa Rang.
Ahn Woo Yeon has shown a wide spectrum of acting through various works such as “Please Check the Event”, “Mad For Each Other” and “The Banker”. Recently, he attracted attention thanks to the role of Han Cheol in the drama “Kokdu: Season of Deity”. Therefore, Ahn Woo Yeon’s humorous performance in “King the Land” is highly anticipated.
“King the Land” will premiere at 10:30 PM on Saturday, June 17th.
