Ningning of aespa recently discussed how having ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) affects her life
On November 24, aespa’s Ningning appeared in the YouTube content “Bam’s House”, which is hosted by GOT7’s BamBam.
Here, Ningning discussed various matters, including how she has the neurodivergent disorder ADHD (Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) and how it affects her life.
In particular, when BamBam asked, “I heard you always lie down at home and use your cell phone”, Ningning answered, “I have ADHD”, adding, “For me, it’s extreme. If I don’t look at (my) cellphone, I do this and do that. I get messed up alone in the room.”
“I can’t focus well. For example, I like reading book and painting. I like reading book but I can’t focus well…”, the female idol also confessed, before revealing that she can multi-task well, including talking to other people while using her cellphone.
Meanwhile, ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by symptoms such as inattention, hyperactivity, impulsivity and emotional dysregulation, which can get excessive and even impairing.
