It is known that the Korean title of “EXchange”, “환승연애”, means to date consecutively and leaving one’s partner for another.
At the time, Karina mentioned the Korean title and said, “We always wonder what would happen if dating consecutively and leaving one’s partner for another happen between celebrities”, shocking many.
As this statement is related to the allegations about Lee Jae-wook dating Karina right after ex-girlfriend, it is resurfacing despite initially not gaining much attention.
