Jang Da Ah, famous as the older sister of IVE’s Jang Won Young, is starting her acting career.
According to Daily Sports on May 25th, Jang Da Ah recently confirmed her appearance in the new drama “Pyramid Game” on TVing and will make her official debut as an actress.
Based on a popular webtoon of the same name, “Pyramid Game” is a drama set in Baekyeon Girls’ High School and tells the story of individuals who receive their own rankings through a popularity vote, and those who receive an F-grade become legally recognized victims of school violence.
Jang Da Ah will play Baek Ha Rin, who is in the top tier academically and the only one who receives an A grade in popularity votes.
This character appears gentle on the outside but has an entirely opposite personality. Expectations are high for how Jang Da Ah with her pure visuals will portray this two-faced character.
In April, Jang Da Ah signed an exclusive contract with King Kong by Starship, the acting label of Starship Entertainment, which manages her younger sister Jang Won Young.
Since then, Jang Da Ah has gained significant attention through advertisements and pictorials, showcasing her outstanding visuals. Born in 2001, Jang Da Ah majored in Korean dance at Ye Won School and Seoul Arts High School. She is currently studying at a prestigious university.
