Im Si Wan appeared in the trailer for the new episode of “You Quiz on the Block”, raising fans’ expectations.
The scene of Im Si Wan’s appearance was revealed at the end of tvN’s entertainment program “You Quiz on the Block” episode 180, which aired on February 8th. Im Si Wan showed up after the world-renowned architect Seung Hyo Sang.
MC Yoo Jae Suk introduced, “Actor Im Si Wan is finally making unusual moves with his sincere acting”, adding “Many young people nowadays may not know that he used to be an idol group member”. Im Si Wan debuted in the idol group ZE:A.
Yoo Jae Suk mentioned another ZE:A member Kwang Hee and asked, “I heard Kwang Hee’s part was 3 seconds. I think Si Wan got more than that”. In response, Im Si Wan said, “It’s not easy to get parts that are shorter than Kwang Hee’s”, showing off his witty sense.
They also made a short phone call with Kwang Hee on the set. Answering the phone, Kwang Hee said, “How could Im Si Wan go out on the program alone as the main guest?”, adding “I envy you. Please talk about me more”, drawing laughter.
Actor Lee Sung Min, who worked with Im Si Wan in the drama “Misaeng”, was also mentioned. Im Si Wan surprised the two MCs when he said, “We are close enough to visit each other’s house”.
Im Si Wan continued, “He told me to visit his house if I was in Seoul so I came there”. Yoo Jae Suk replied, “It’s been a long time so it’s not easy to do that…” Im Si Wan said, “I really went to Lee Byung Hun’s house again”, giving off his unique charm.
In the last scene, Im Si Wan’s honest thoughts were also revealed. He confessed, “I think I’m more similar to Jang Geu Rae in ‘Misaeng’. ‘Will I be able to survive?’… I was worried about surviving”.
