Park Kwang-soo confessed, “I keep bringing out my thoughts that I should have only in my head.” “I’m the type to point out things to people around me. So it hurts the people around me. “My concern is that I know but can’t fix it,” he said.

He pointed out, “A close junior of mine is a little chubby, but I’m worried about his health, so I told him to lose some weight. In this case, I say straightforwardly that diabetes and high blood pressure will come to him,” he said.

Oh Eun-young said a person pointing out people’s weakness was to prove his sense of superiority. “Second, many people who are obsessed with the role of savior usually have the bad habit of pointing things out. Finally, this is the case when a daughter-in-law becomes a mother-in-law,” she said.

“In the case of Park Kwang-soo, the anger that started from the absurdity he experienced as a child seems to have not been resolved yet. I think he has made a lot of efforts to change the world by writing comics using these unresolved emotions,” she said. “In terms of psychiatry, it is called sublimation. What I feel from his story today is that he is helpless and frustrating,” the counselor said.

On this day, Ye-eun shared, “My father is in prison for fraud. It’s already been about 5 years. Now I’m living my life as if I don’t have a father at all. People around me tell me to forgive him but I think there are things in the world that cannot be forgiven.”

When asked by Dr. Oh, “Is there a way you have chosen to live?” Ye-eun replied, “To be honest, I thought about dying a lot at that time. The first time I encountered music was when my parents had a severe disagreement. I didn’t want to hear the sound of fighting, so I started listening to music. Music is healing for me.”

Ye-eun smilingly added, “I looked back on my emotions while doing music. I think I’ve gotten more comfortable while organizing my feelings.” Oh Eun-young expressed her thoughts, “You did a good job. Taking out hard feelings doesn’t solve them immediately. If you still hate your father, you don’t have to try to let go of those feelings quickly. Even if you hate your father, you’re not a bad person. I’m not telling you to develop your hate, but you need to feel it and think about it enough to digest your emotions as if you’re digesting food.”

Dr. Oh advised, “I hope that this broadcast will be an opportunity for you to draw a clear line. He is your biological father, but he has nothing to do with you.”

Meanwhile, Ye-eun confessed, “Whenever I wrote ‘Thanks to’ for an album, I never mentioned my father’s existence. My father threatened me because he was very angry about it. He once said he would hold a press conference in front of JYP to reveal that I was a bad child who ignored my parents.”

Dr. Oh Eun-young gave her warm comfort by saying, “It’s okay to cry. Even if you hate your father, you’re not a bad person.”
