“Okay, you won”… This actor made the world-class actress Youn Yuh-jung give in to his words

Actress Youn Yuh-jung told an anecdote of when she complained to Kang Dong-won.

Youn Yuh-jung appeared on the broadcast of tvN’s entertainment program “Yoo Quiz on the Block”, which aired on March 23rd, and revealed that she recently finished filming a movie.

Recalling the moment that got her exhausted, the actress said, “The staff felt sorry for me to work under the freezing cold weather”, adding, “It was minus 12 degrees Celsius on a shooting day but I had a scene where I have to lie down on the street. Everyone was so sorry because they couldn’t do anything to help. So I said, ‘It’s okay. I have a really strong fate though”.

In addition, Youn Yuh-jung drew attention by revealing an anecdote of when she complained to actor Kang Dong-won.

Youn Yuh-jung said, “I met Kang Dong-won yesterday”, adding, “I confessed, ‘It was so hard for a 76-year-old woman to work in the weather of minus 10 degrees Celsius”. 

She continued, “Then Kang Dong-won replied, ‘I filmed under the rain at minus 10 degrees Celsius’”. Youn Yuh-jung drew laughter as she said, “I told him, ‘Okay, you won’”.

Amazed by the meeting of two top actors, Youn Yuh-jung and Kang Dong-won, MC Yoo Jae-seok smiled and said, “Everything could happen at the filming sites. We might encounter rains or have to lie down on the road”.
