Suzy Delighted with the Nickname ‘Hanbok Suzy’ after Indulging in Pork Belly the Night Before

Suzy revealed behind-the-scenes footage of her hanbok photoshoot

On December 19th, the YouTube channel of Elle magazine released a video of Suzy’s hanbok photoshoot. 

When asked about the three things she did the night before the photoshoot, Suzy laughed and said, “I exercised, ate pork belly, and slept well. I also did stretching and worked out. I prepared to look pretty.“

Regarding the atmosphere of the shoot, Suzy said, “It’s cold,” and cutely added, “I’m having a runny nose.” However, despite the cold, Suzy approached the shoot professionally, “I don’t have any special tips, but when I start shooting, I become focused, so at that moment, I seem to feel the cold less.”

When asked to describe herself in colors, Suzy said, “I would choose white.” Suzy also expressed a preference for elegance, “Today, I’m trying to look elegant.“

When asked about her outfit and where she’d like to visit in the attire, Suzy responded that she would like to visit “shopping streets”, adding, “I do think I’d look too showy, but I’d like to take a walk and look around this and that. I don’t want to buy something, but if I take a stroll, that’d be fun.”

Suzy then revealed her feelings about the nickname “Hanbok Suzy”, “(I feel) very happy. Because I look good in Hanbok, I earned that title, so I’m very happy. Whenever I wear hanbok like this, it feels new and I feel happy. So I really like that title.”

Regarding reaching the age of 30, Suzy mentioned, “There really is a difference, I think. I thought I wouldn’t feel much difference, but once I really turn thirty, I think I’d have clearer tastes and something like that?”

Finally, Suzy emphasized the importance of health and concluded with a new year’s wish for people to “Stay healthy in 2023”.
