Subway recently released a teaser photo for its next model, raising various opinions regarding the model’s identity.
On June 29th, Subway’s official Instagram account published a photo of their next model, who can be seen covering his eyes with a Subway sandwich.
Along with the photo is a caption which reads, “July 3rd! Subway’s new model is coming. I’m so excited…”, adding, “The atmosphere is already becoming fresh and vibrant. Guess who the next Subway model is?”
Following Subway’s post, a topic regarding the model’s identity was uploaded to an online community, sparking heated debates among netizens.
In particular, some netizens suggested that the next Subway model could be Cha Eun Woo, Song Kang, or Choi Woo Sik. Others agreed and narrowed down the potential candidates for Subway’s next model to these three individuals.
Regarding who it is among the three, one netizen argued, “I’m not even a fan of Cha Eun Woo… but it’s definitely him based on the forehead alone.”
Meanwhile, another netizen said, “I immediately thought it was Song Kang upon seeing the photo, but it seems opinions are divided.”
There were also comments like, “If I hadn’t read the comments, I would have thought it was definitely Choi Woo Sik.”
Some also mentioned Yook Sung Jae and Kim Seon Ho as well, and even now, no consensus has been reached. Another netizen even jokingly remarked, “I don’t know who it is, but I can tell from the forehead that they’re good-looking,” bringing laughter.
With various speculations emerging, curiosity about the next Subway model continues to grow.
On the other hand, Subway plans to unveil the identity of the next model, who embodies the fresh and vibrant atmosphere of Subway, on July 3rd.
