“Revenant” Kim Tae-ri Selected As Best Actor At Korean Broadcasters Association

SBS’s drama “Revenant”, starring actress Kim Tae-ri, won three awards at the 51st Korea Broadcasting Awards

On August 5th, the Korean Broadcasters Association selected 30 works for 25 categories of projects and 18 individuals for 20 categories of personal awards after reviewing 243 representative terrestrial works and 63 broadcasters.

MBC’s “My Dearest” and SBS’s “Revenant” received Best Drama together in the Drama category. KBS’s “Golden Girls” and MBC’s “Aventure by Accident” shared the Best Entertainment Program Award.

Kim Tae-ri of “Revenant” won Best Actress and screenwriter Kim Eun-hee, who wrote the drama, won Best Writer. 

Best Announcer went to MBC announcer Kim Dae-ho, while YouTuber Kwak Joon-bin (KwakTube) received Best Entertainer. Stray Kids won Best Singer.

Korea Broadcasting Awards is an annual award ceremony that selects works and broadcasters delivering the value of terrestrial broadcasting and contributing tot he development of broadcasting. The Grand Prize will be announced at the ceremony on September 2nd.
