Red Velvet’s Seulgi to make solo debut on October 4 with her 1st mini album “28 Reasons”

8 years into her debut, Red Velvet’s Seulgi is going solo.

On September 13, SM Entertainment announced that Seulgi’s first mini-album “28 Reasons” will be released on October 4. The album consists of a total of 6 songs with colorful vibes, including the title track “28 Reasons”.

The agency added, “This is Seulgi’s first solo album since her debut. It will show Seulgi’s new transformation through different music colors and unlimited conceptual performance.”

In addition to group promotions as Red Velvet, Seulgi has been active in various activities such as Red Velvet’s subunit Irene & Seulgi, SM’s project girl group GOT the Beat, featuring, collaboration, and drama OST. As Seulgi has established herself as an ‘all-rounder’ by proving her spectrum, her solo debut with an exciting new image raises expectations.

Pre-order for Seulgi’s first mini-album “28 Reasons” will start at various online and offline music stores on September 13.
