A video capturing a rare interaction between BTS Jungkook and BLACKPINK Jennie has been spreading across the net.
Back in May 2023, BTS Jungkook and BLACKPINK Jennie both attended the launch event for Jennie’s collaboration collection with Calvin Klein, which was held in Seoul. At the time, the two seemed to have no interaction with each other, despite both being ambassadors for the underwear brand.
However, on July 27th, a video of the event started to spread, featuring Jungkook having a close conversation with Jennie. In particular, Jungkook can be seen asking Jennie a question, whilst Jennie had a friendly expression as she responded.
This rare interaction between BTS Jungkook and BLACKPINK Jennie has naturally attracted massive attention, with some even jokingly referring to them as “brother and sister-in-law”, considering that Jennie is embroiled in dating rumors with fellow BTS member, V.
On the other hand, previously on May 17th, a video believed to be Jennie and V holding hands as they walked along the streets of Paris was published, drawing massive attention. At the time, Jennie was in France to prepare for the Cannes Film Festival, while V was known to be in Paris as well.
Despite fans’ debates about the validification of related footage, Jennie recently published photos where she can be seen wearing the same outfit as the “Paris date” video. In addition, a photo capturing one of Jennie’s meals also matched with one featuring V and his friends, leading to beliefs that the two are actually in a relationship.
Now, many are calling Jungkook and Jennie “brother and sister-in-law” due to speculations about Jennie’s relationship with V.
