“Peak Time” cast member is embroiled in a school bullying scandal, the production team are “checking the facts”
Suspicions of school violence are raised against “Peak Time” cast member.
On March 6th, the production team of JTBC’s entertainment program “Peak Time” said on Star News that they are “checking the facts” regarding the alleged abusive behaviors of one of their cast members.
Specifically, the suspicion arose when an anonymous poster who claimed to be A’s elementary and middle school’s friend, said, “It’s painful because I remember everything even if I don’t want to remember from the day I first transferred to the day I graduated from middle school.”
The poster recalled, “Once he said he was playing a joke and asked me to catch him, he started following me. Then A closed the door strongly. My finger got stuck, and my nails swelled up, blood splattered. At first, he said he was sorry, but when I kept crying, he said, ‘Why are you crying about that?’ When I said, “If you get hurt like this, you’ll cry,’ he responded, ‘If I don’t cry, is it okay to kill you?’”
The revealer, who was suffering from verbal abuse, even reported A for school violence, but added an explanation that the case was close because “children can do that.”
The poster said, “(About A’s resumption of activity) I began to feel afraid and even felt nauseated. When he showed up again, symptoms of anxiety appeared and I felt uncomfortable feelings and nausea subtly rising, so I gathered up the courage to write.”
