Singer & actress Nam Gyu Ri showed off her special friendship with actress Lee Se Young.
On July 4th, the Youtube channel “Mdromeda Studio” uploaded a video titled “Nam Gyu Ri’s house revealed for the first time (FIFA with soccer fan Lee Se Young, singing and eating)”.
The video shows Nam Gyu Ri introducing her house with a white-toned interior. Wearing a home dress and sitting on the sofa in the living room, she played the guitar and read books.
That day, Nam Gyu Ri’s close friend Lee Se Young visited her house. Lee Se Young said, “I came to support her because I heard she is doing a new entertainment program or some kind of quest (on Youtube).” Regarding her close relationship with Lee Se Young, Nam Gyu Ri said, “We often meet each other 2-3 times a week. When both of us have schedules, we just meet quickly.”
Nam Gyu Ri cooked a meal for Lee Se Young. When Nam Gyu Ri said, “You like rice, right?”, Lee Se Young explained, “It’s because I can’t cook at home”. When asked “Why do you like spam?”, Lee Se Young jokingly replied, “I like eating hot rice with a piece of spam on it”, drawing laughter.
Tasting soybean paste stew cooked in an earthenware bowl, Lee Se Young said, “It’s not salty at all”. Nam Gyu Ri confessed, “I’m not good at cooking. I cooked it by myself and tried it. Sometimes it doesn’t taste good at all”. Hearing that, Lee Se Young revealed that she has never cooked soybean paste stew before.
The two also talked about their different eating habits. Nam Gyu Ri ate spam and exclaimed, “So salty!”, adding “How do you eat it?”. On the other hand, Lee Se Young commented, “It’s not salty at all for me. I don’t eat unseasoned food.”
Later, the two enjoyed listening to music and playing soccer games. Nam Gyu Ri loves games while Lee Se Young is known as a big fan of soccer. When Nam Gyu Ri won 2-0, Lee Se Young’s competitiveness exploded.
Lee Se Young honestly shared, “I’m in a futsal team and I really like soccer, but I can’t keep up with others. What frustrates me is that I know that I could do better.” The actress drew attention as she expressed her strong desire to win and even shed tears out of anger.
Regarding her friend Nam Gyu Ri, Lee Se Young said, “She’s a sincere, pure, and passionate person. She would never give up despite facing difficulties”. Nam Gyu Ri also showed affection for Lee Se Young, saying “I’m glad to have a friend who looks at the real me without filters. This friend is younger than me but she’s very mature from the inside.”
