In the interview, Jeon Jong-seo said, “I think ‘Ballerina’ is different from the existing revenge movies. What emotions? Why take revenge? I tried to make those emotions continue until the end.”

Regarding her bold action scenes, Jeon Jong-seo said, “I had a series of sequences where I had to fight with a large number of men, or someone more than twice as big as me, even one-on-one,” adding, “I tried to enrich the action emotion using my eyes.”

Jeon Jong-seo continued, “I originally like to do things using my body and exercise,” adding, “At one time, I ate a lot because I didn’t like my skinny body. I think a chubby, round, healthy body is pretty. I had to exercise a lot because I thought I needed to build muscles while filming ‘Ballerina’.”

“I’m thinking that the time has come to show a different side of me,” Jeon Jong-seo said. “I think there are other sides that the public wants to see from me. I’m preparing to show them.”
