With Kim Young Dae leaving “School 2021”, Kim Yo Han and Jo Yi Hyun continued the filming of the drama
As revealed from an industry insider: “There was a discussion between the two parties, regarding a disagreement over what was initially negotiated. Therefore, School 2021 is currently looking for a new male lead to replace Kim Young Dae. The candidates have been narrowed down, and the casting process will be done soon.”
With Kim Young Dae leaving “School 2021” production has now returned to normal with one of the two male leads Kim Yo Han and the female lead Jo Yi Hyun.
Previously, “School 2021” was also entangled in a controversy over the casting in 2020, when actress Ahn Seo Hyun was said to have been eliminated from the female lead role. Actress Kim Sae Ron was discussed as a replacement but she decided to decline the offer in the end.
“School 2021” is scheduled to air this winter.
