Previously on February 8, a topic titled “Lee Hyori is said to be rude” was published on the Korena forum Pann Nate, drawing massive attention. In particular, the topic has attracted over 320,000 views, as well as over 600 comments.
The topic in question mentioned a video titled “The reason why Dongyup’s story was brought up on ‘Lee Hyori’s Red Carpet’ | Supermarket Sora EP.08”, which was published on the YouTube channel “Supermarket Sora” on February 7.
In particular, in this video, there was a scene where the MC Lee Sora thanked Lee Hyori for appearing on her YouTube channel, saying, “In fact, it would not be strange at all if you refuse. You can just say you have a schedule and cannot come”.
Upon hearing this, Lee Hyori responded, “I extremely hate it when the MC contacts me directly, because then I wouldn’t be able to refuse even if I don’t want to. I most prefer it if they contact me via my agency, before I’d be able to turn down their offer”.
