Former DIA’s Jung Chaeyeon is having a new start at BH Entertainment.
As reported on September 16th by Xports News, Jung Chaeyeon recently signed an exclusive contract with BH Entertainment. She is having a fresh start as an actress.
Jung Chaeyeon debuted in the idol group DIA in 2015, and started her acting career in the same year. She has appeared in the dramas “Drinking Solo”, “Reunited Worlds”, “To. Jenny”, “My First First Love”, and “The King’s Affection”, strengthening her position as an actress.
DIA recently disbanded on its 7th debut anniversary as the members’ exclusive contracts with their agency expired. As DIA members parted ways, Jung Chaeyeon said in the handwritten farewell letter to the fans, “Please watch and support us so that we can shine on our own paths.”
Jung Chaeyeon is currently filming MBC’s new Friday-Saturday drama “The Golden Spoon”. She recently fell down the stairs while filming, and underwent collarbone fracture surgery.
Meanwhile, BH Entertainment is a well-known management and production company specializing in managing actors. BH Entertainment currently houses actors Lee Byung Hun, Han Ji Min, Kim Go Eun, Go Soo, Yoo Ji Tae, Han Ga In, Park Hae Soo, Park Bo Young, Ahn So Hee, Lee Jin Wook, Jung Woo, and Choo Ja Hyun.
