Meanwhile, aespa members Karina, Winter, Giselle and Ningning left for Los Angeles through Incheon Port International Passenger Terminal in Unseo-dong, Jung-gu, Incheon on August 8th to attend the popular American outdoor music festival “Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival”.

Recently, there has been a series of stabbing attacks against an unspecified number of people. Following the stabbing incident at Sillim Station on July 21st, another stabbing case occurred in Seohyeon-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do on August 3rd. After crashing into vehicles on the street, the suspect Choi (22 years old) wielded a knife against citizens on the 1st and 2nd floors of the nearby AK Plaza department store. The car crash killed one person and injured 4 people. 9 people were injured in the stabbing attack.

Since then, notices of stabbing plans have spread widely online. According to the National Police Agency, a total of 46 people who had written murder-threatening posts have been arrested by noon on August 6th. Among them, many are minors and most of them said they were just “joking”. In particular, the person who wrote the notice of a stabbing at Seomyeon Station in Busan was a Navy Private, so the police handed him over to the military police.
