Idol Couple To Hold Private Wedding Today (May 26th)
Super Junior’s Ryeowook and Tahiti’s Ari will be officially married after tying the knot at their wedding ceremony today
Earlier in September 2020, the two acknowledged their romantic relationship and started dating publicly. Back then, Super Junior’s agency said, “Ryeowook and Ari developed into lovers from being close senior and junior”.
Since then, the two have confidently shown affection for each other in public. In March this year, 4 years after publicizing their romance, Ryeowook posted a handwritten letter on his SNS account to announce his marriage.
In the letter, Ryeowook shared, “As you all know, I’m dating this friend. During the time we spent together, I naturally developed the desire to create another family with her”, adding “This is not a sudden decision. After thinking and discussing with the members and the company for a long time, I’ve decided to hold a wedding at the end of May this spring.” In addition, he also thanked fans for their support and promised to continue working hard as a Super Junior member and singer Ryeowook.
On the same day, Ari also posted on her SNS, saying “I’ll also deliver warm news at the end of May this spring. I’m going to make a family with the person I’ve been together with for a long time”, adding “I would like to express my gratitude to people who have supported me, understood me and given me courage. I’m also sorry for hurting anyone with this decision. I will act more responsibly in the future to protect my family”.
