Gray, Woo Won-jae, Lee Hi and Goosebumps leave AOMG and start anew

According to Edaily on March 28th, Gray, Woo Won-jae, Lee Hi and Goosebumps have already reached the end of their exclusive contracts with AOMG. All four have decided not to renew their contracts with AOMG. Their future plans are currently undecided.

Gray, a music producer and rapper who produced many hit songs such as Loco’s “Hold Me Tight” and Woo Won-jae’s “We Are”, has been with AOMG since 2013. Rapper Woo Won-jae, who rose to stardom through Mnet’s hip-hop survival program “Show Me The Money 7”, joined AOMG in 2017.

Lee Hi, who finished second on SBS’s singer audition program “K-pop Star”, joined AOMG in 2020 after leaving YG Entertainment. Goosebumps, who is a DJ and music producer, has also been active as an artist under AOMG since 2020.

AOMG is an entertainment agency founded by singer Jay Park in 2013. Other artists under the label include rapper Simon Dominic, Loco, Yugyeom, Coogie and Meenoi.

Jay Park resigned from his position as CEO in December 2021 and moved the nest to More Vision. There has recently been another significant change as DJ Pumkin (Kim Soo-hyuk), who had been serving as CEO, resigned and Yoo Deok-gon, who led H1GHR MUSIC, became the new head.

Among the artists under AOMG, Meenoi is currently surrounded by rumors of breach of exclusive contract.
